Title: CLI's by campaign
Post by: Dale on May 27, 2010, 02:35:19 PM
Is it possible to set different CLI's presented per campaign?
What do you need to know from me to answer this??

Thanks,

Dale

Yes it is.

The simplest way is to have the PBX generate different CLI's based on a dialling prefix.  Then you can set the public_network_access_code option on the Calling Lists (not campaigns) to specify the prefixes to be used, which in turn will generate the appropriate CLI.

Note: this option is only available at the Calling List level on version 7.5 or later, before this it was an OCS level option only IIRC.  For this version you would need to store the numbers in the dialing list with the prefixes.

Another note:  If you are dialing in ASM mode then I'm not sure if it is possible at all.  The method above definitely wont work with ASM mode unless you can get your dialog card to send the necessary signalling to the ISDN directly.
