Post by: seanh on June 02, 2010, 03:59:15 PM
Hi all,

We have a 2nd D120JCT Dialogic card that i need to install in my VT server and i wanted to know whether i need to leave the Board ID wheel set to "0" (zero) or is it best to set it to "1"

Can anyone let me know please

Thanks in advance

Regards,
Sean

Def set it to 1. If not both boards will report as ID 0 and cause conflicts. Make sure you have your boards linked by a CT Bus ribbon cable too.

thanks for your input Steve

the 2nd card has gone in without a problem  :)

so, once i get my new VTO license key from Genesys, i will have 12 more ports to play with

Can anyone confirm other than config manager activities, is there any config required on the VTO server / dialogic side ?
FYI, our main genesys server is solaris and VTO is a windows server.

TIA

Sean
