Hello Forum: I am Cisco Voice Engineer with a Bank at Chicago and would like to learn about Genesys. I humbly request, if any of you direct me how to integrate Cisco Unified Communication Manager 7.x with GVP7.6 or 8.0 using SIP. I have no prior knowledge of Genesys envoirnment and would like to start from basic especially:
Genesys Components
What each component do
Call Flow
Integration with phone system

You will have to do many integrate Between Provider & Genesys component such as,
- OPEN-IN = Adaptor between SIP Standard & SIP-Information. Genesys using SIP Standard Protocol
- SIP Server for GVP
- SIP Network Load Balance
SIP Deployment Guide will explain manything you want to know. But the totally problem you have to aware the design ,
- For the Phone System we are using SNOM IP-HardPhone. For the phone system first of all, You have to have a Genesys Environtment Framework to Configured that .
