Title: Outbound - Calling list table not getting created

Hi,

I have defined the fields, formats, table access , calling list and campaigns in CME. When I open OCM and click on Calling list, am getting the error "Error Code: 429 - Activex component cant create object" and the table is not getting created :( Any pointers?

When installed in windows server 2003, I am getting this error....But when the installation was done in Windows XP, the tables are getting created.
Any system related settings to be changed?

Hi

For this issue consider the below points

1) Check your OCM Version and OCS version make sure your latest version of OCM.

2) Re-install your OCM should work.
