Hi, all
I have the problem about CPD that
when CPD calling to Customer (have or no have calling melody), the system detect this case that "Answering Machine" (not happen every times)
please kindly suggest what will be the issue.

What kind of Dialogic using for Dialer. Because you have to tunning some parameter of dialogic for more correct the detection. If u using the JCT with ISDN protocol. it very easy i can help you.

Hi,
The first thing you need to enable CPD debug, and collect the wav file, listen it carefully. Then copy to cpa-carieer message of MCP/CPD
Then, enable CPD dectection. The MCP/CPD/CPA will compare the annoucement and this voice. Thats all.
