Title: DN Registration

Hi,
Could you please let me know in what kind of scenario the below message logged. Where could be the problem.


Facility:  serv_discr = 17(q932_suppl)  fac_ie = component_tag = A3(RETURN_ERROR)
invoke_id tag: 02, value = 161
error_value tag: 02, value = 138(EventNotification)
params = q931_tag = 40

Cause:  code_std_loc = 97(ASAI_PubNetLocUsr)  cause = 63(C_SERV_UNAVIL)

There is not much here to go on!

I would look at the basic things, is the DN valid on the switch? is the switch specific value in CME correct?

Yes.I checked with switch team and its a valid number at switch. It is configured as ACD queue and switch specific type as 2 in CME.But switch team mentioned that they were noticed the status of 5550776 as not monitored by genesys.
