Title: How can i know the number of agent login by interval time on historical report

Hi All,
      I want to know the parameter that support number of agent by historical reporting, anyone hav any idea ?

I'm looking for the out-off-box from genesys standard statistic. Now i can showing hourly interval of Agent Group Performance.

Can you please repost your question? Maybe you are asking for the name of the report?

Still not sure about the question...

The statistical definition that is used in the Report which shows the number of Agents in an Agent Group?

That would be the number of Agents LoggedIn....

??

Yes Agent Login. But i want to show how many agent logined with in interval of hourly. This number can help to estimate agent login is enough or not , I'm going to compare agent skill on queue.
