Title: Split email in routing

Hello again,
Is it possible in IRD to send an email in 2 places? I want to implement a "Sent" workbin. So I want the email to be sent but also to be copied in a Sent workin. Is this possible?

It should be possible if you do not terminat the email after sending. Instead move it to the Sent workbin. But the emails will still be alive in Interaction Servers IQ-db, so why do you need this? If this will apply to all outgoing email, interaction Server might be overloaded...

Another possiblity is to configure EmailServer option that send a copy of all outgoing emails to a specific address.

Well I'm trying to find a way for a supervisor to be able to see the emails an agent sent. Not only the number of them but the actual emails. There is no possibility in GAD to search all emails based on sender.
