Title: Why Campaign TAB is not available before customers pick up ?

Hi Guys,

I have a predictive outbound campaign running,
when there is call coming in gad, the Campaign TAB always show http 500 error message before customer picks up.

but when I run this campaign in preview mode , campaign TAB works well.

anybody here experienced simliar issue?

Which version of GAD?
What does GAD logs show?
Using custom tabs?
Using custom userfields? Have you tried without them and use a standard calling list?

GAD VERSION 7.6.300.14
There is a http status 500 error,


java.lang.NullPointerException
org.apache.jsp.interaction.outboundchain.campaign_002dview_jsp._jspService(campaign_002dview_jsp.java:149)
org.apache.jasper.runtime.HttpJspBase.service(HttpJspBase.java:70)


does this mean before customer picks up, this call is not idenfied as outbound call or gad hasn't got the campaign info?
Apart from campaign TAB, other outbound related TAD in customer record area, like custom field/chained records/reschedule TAB are all unavailable.

Ok, without answering my question #2 and #4 we can't guess...
