I am using Genesys Voice Portal 7.6. For a bridge/blind transfer the caller ID that goes out is the PRI line's number (basically GVP's caller ID) and not the original caller's number. Is it possible to change this behaviour?

Hi,
You can change it at application level under <transfer> tag by using signalvar's attribute.

Thanks. But it doesn't seem to work on GVP 7.6. Does it only work on later versions?
I searched for it on the web and it seems its a VG extension?
