Title: CCPulse Font Size
Post by: PFCCWA on July 13, 2010, 04:52:19 PM
Hello,

I know it is possible but how can you increase font size of ccpulse views?

I have seen these on larger screen/wallboards but not sure how it was done, possibly a manual software ?

Thanks,
WA

Hi WA,

It's a registry change of CCPulse parameters. Details can be found in Reporting 7.5 CCPulse+ Administrator's Guide.

Thanks for your response.

I dont think you can restrict the font size to a particular view and appears to affect all of the workspace.

The FormatAgentInfo tab uses  the following parameters:
%n=Employee ID
%F=First name
%f=Abbreviated first name
%L=Last name
%l=Abbreviated last name

Does anyone know if it possible to use more such as the login ID?  We use the employee ID for another type of data so cant use that field.

Thanks,
WA

Nop, that is all what you can use. Now, be careful as some TServers as A4400 for OXE requires a specific data in the employee id.

Hi WA

this is an excerpt from CCPulse Admin Guide:

You can edit these five CCPulse+ configuration settings only by using the Microsoft Windows Registry Editor:
• GridFontSize
• GraphTileFontSize
• GraphBkColor
• GraphAxisFontSize
• FormatAgentInfo

As the font size is a Registry setting, you can have the same workspace displayed on two differrent machines (and CCPulse instances) with differrent font sizes on the respective CCPulse instances. Basically, the font size is not about the workspace or template / view. It's about the host you run CCPulse on.

There is no mention of an upper limit on the administrator guides so wanted to check if one exists for font size?  Looks like it wont go further than 22/24?
