Hi There,

I have configured SNMP traps for one of our client, can anyone please tell me the required configuration needs to be done at server side.(MIB is already configured at NMS{n/w mgmnt. system})

This is a Genesys forum, however this is not a Genesys question. Speak to your system administrator.

How can anyone here tell you how to configure a server? When we don't even know what type of server it is.
