Hi all
We have a trouble with WFM agents, there is like ten agents that appear at the Configuration Manager, this agents have skills n agentID configured, but at the WFM this agents are not present; at the Configuration Utility we was apply an agents sync, but we are still with the problem, someone know why is this happening? ...thanks a lot.
WFM version 7.6
