Title: CCPulse Threshold

I have used a threshold/action of hiding agents when they are logged on the call centre objects view however now that I want to remove it, the agents cant be seen to do so!

Is there something obvious I am missing?

I can take it off the agents who logged in but then potentially wait for the others to login one at the time to remove the threshold.

How about making a new Template from existing, but remove the Threshold/Action before you save it - then save it as the same name as the Template you want to replace and add"New" to the Template name...

Then you can remove the old Template and rename your new Template, removing "New" from the Template name... and all Agents should now be shown...

? :)

Try applying the threshold on the whole agent group and removing it from the agent, and see if that works!
