In Solution Control Interface I keep receiving a message in the centralized logs option that says from the OCS application: "Call is diverted to unknown DN", and the DN's listed correspond to DN's used for my IVR.
How can calls be distributed to those DN's, if those DN's are not configured under that ACD Queue or place group used for outbound campaigns?
Has anybody encountered the same problem?

Do you have TServer and OCS logs for this call?
Could you paste it here so that we could see it? Also if you mention IVR DN and connID it would make it much easier :)
