Title: Single Step Transfer Method - StarterApp & Siebel CRM
Post by: mikewasser on July 26, 2010, 05:41:39 PM
Genesys 7.x
Avaya CM 4.x
Siebel 7.7

Trying to perform a non-attended network T-Server transfer using the Single Step Transfer function but unable to get anything to work.  Tried using a network consult as well which I can set the attibute Home location but doesn't actually move the call, just says invalid state.

In the Desktop toolkit, the Single Step Transfer option in the drop down is greyed out and in the capabilites screen it stays Single Step Transfer is not supported in my environment.

In Siebel CRM, calling the method from the code below but unable to set the attribute Home location as it keeps attaching as user data.

xoCTI.InvokeCommand("TransferSStep", xsTransLoc);

Any help or ideas would be welcome!

Hi Mike,

There is a special chapter related to Network Transfer functionality in Gplus Adapter 7.5 Deployment Guide (page 186). Have you read it?
