Title: Knowledge Manager - No permission

Hi,

I have installed multimedia components and when trying to create screening rule in knowledge manager, I am getting "No permission to do this action". This error comes when creating category, field codes also.

Any special permission to be assigned to access the knowledge manager?

With default you should be able to do it normally, if you are using another user then set the application rank access to Knowledge Manager as Administrator

Hi,

Your CME person must have read/change/write permissions on Resources/Business Attributes/Category Structure folder as objects created using Knowledge Manager are stored there.

I am currently using version 8. I have disabled the role-based access and now am able to create screening rules. Thanks for the responses.
