Hi Team,
We have been using the Audiocode (Meridant 1K) for connecting the PRI lines. In agentdesktop screen popup some phone numbers have 8 digit (normally 10 digits). we checked our routing, t-server and urs logs, all its have the 8 digit number. The issue has been escalled to the our telecome team, he told the TTSL have 10 digit. So issue only your dialer. where i can check it? if u need any logs which one i sent?

The CLI is passed by the PSTN.
The mediagateway may re-format it - have you checked that?
If on EventQueued the CLI is 8 digits, then blame the mediagateway, Genesys can not have manipulated any attached data prior that.
Why dialler?? is it not an inbound call?
