Title: call transfer stat

Hi,

Is it possible to make a stat that would take into account transfers made within a specified range i.e 60 secs. The business would like to take these off of agents stats and would like to see these realtime through CCPulse. At the moment we do take into account transfers made and transfers taken but they would like to subtract the short tranfers

Hi Tambo,

You have to define sliding time profile and assign it to required statistic.
