Title: Customisation on GAD for FromAddress field

Hello
There are 80 POP3 clients configured in EmailServer Java.
So when an agent chooses to compose a new email, the From Address field gets populated with all these 80 mail addresses.

Customer wants that this field should initially have a value like "Please select email address" and if agent forgets to select an address, on click of Send button, GAD should give an error message to agent like "Email Address not selected".

Can this kind of customisation be achieved? Has anyone done this in the past?

I know I should be first looking at the GAD customisation guide to understand how it works and if there are any pointers. But since I am a bit tight on time scales, I am seeking assistance on this forum.

Hi Nishant,

There is no way to do it using officially supported customization. You may try to modify GAD's .jsp file directly but it isn't recommend operation as you may have troubles with Support in the future when needed a help.
