Hello,
i'm trying to understand why it takes 10 seconds for OCS to instruct DB to update record as answered, from Eventreleased time, whereas other call results update immediately?
During these 10 seconds, the agent is ready but no new call is dialed due to the waiting time that is forced on the ended call.
it creates a significant idle time in the call center, and decreases the amount of calls handled.
Could anyone tell me how to make the update happen immediately?

Check OCS logs, DBserver logs and maybe it is trying to contact (monitor your PBX trunks) but nobody answers....
