Title: Switch to Whisper Coaching during a Silent Monitoring

Hi guys! Can you help me plz!!
We have SIP Server version 8.0.200.39, and Genesys Desktop version 7.6.300.14, but I can't switch to Whisper Coaching during a Silent Monitoring. Only Barge-In. Should I include something option or anything else?

Did You tried to do it from other client then GAD? Do You see some errors in SIPS logs?

By the way I would upgrade SIPS to 8.0.300 ;) it's less buggy thatn 0.200

There is an application on Genesys portal called TestPhone which has all TLib requests and allows You to invoke any function You need. It's very technical interface but gets things done.
