Hi all
I would like to calculate the number of call answered (inbound) that have a duration more then 30s ?
How can I do this ?
I read that i should use talk time but all statistic which use talk time do not have timerange available ...
So how can I do ? with a filter ? => but which filter should I enter ?
Same question with hostorical data : Does it works with historical data ?

Not filter, TimeRange. Please read the statserver guide, it is explained in there with much more options.

In fact I create a new statistics ... previously I thought that I should use only predefine statistics ...
So
I think I success I create this statistics :
[Total_TalkTime_In_Threshold]
Category=TotalNumberInTimeRange
Description=blbabla
Formula=DCID
MainMask=CallUnknown, CallConsult, CallInternal, CallInbound
Objects=Agent, GroupAgents, GroupPlaces, Place
Subject=AgentStatus
And create it also in DMA
It seems to works ...

yes this is how we did it, sometimes you need to restart the servers for the stats to take hold
