Title: IVR Out of Service "CONSTRUCTCREATELEGANDDIALPAGE Error"

Hi All,

I am facing an issue with GVP 7.6 with Apache Tomcat 6.0.24; the issue is recurring very frequently that suddenly calls not getting answered by GVP.

In GVP EMS GUI , at popgateway we saw the error "CONSTRUCTCREATELEGANDDIALPAGE" , i have seen the logs as well but didnt get any idea whats the issue.

Can any one help me sort out this problem whether its a GVP problem or a webserver problem or it is due to call load but the issue has occured on low call volume as well.

Please note we have only 60 ports running on the server so 60 ports are using Apache Tomcat Webserver.

That is not an error, can you post the whole popgateway log at full?
Is your Apache well configured? Have you tested it for stress?

Hi Syed,

I had similar problem after a new antivirus program installed on the server. The antivirus program was using the same port as the GVP and it was causing the GVP ports to stay as stuck on a call and was not clearing after the customer hung up. We reserved the GVP server listening port so the intivirus program would not use it and stopped and restarted the watchdog service on the GVP server. This fixed the problem.
