In outbound preview mode, how to make agents preview the records (more than 1 record) and dial any of the records?

Hi,
Did You tried issueing another PreviewRecordRequest? Please remember - when You have multiple record on agend desktop for each of those records OCS calculates timeout and when it expires agent can no longer do anything with those records. This means that You need to have mechanism which sends unused records back to OCS.
Another option is to use PushPreview mode with capacity rule configured to handle more that 1 outbound record.
