I've just started dipping my feet into the IRD functions. I've attended the first "basic routing" class. It indicates not to goto the "advanced" routing class until you have 3-5 months of experience building strategies and getting the lay of the land....
My question is - are there any resources out there that can provide me with some sample routing strategies? I have an idea of what I want to build, but can't seem to get it all together. There are so many objects to be used in routing strategies, I feel like I'm drowning... I've read all the documentation I can find, and still no further ahead...
Any suggestions??

Basically not so much: Entry, Exit, If (and Segmentation), Function, Assign, CallSubroutine, DataBase, Treatment and Routing-Selection objects.

Hi amarceau,
I would recommend you to read 'Universal Routing 7.6 Strategy Samples' guide that is available for download from Genesys TechSupport website.
