Hello,
I want to make a statistic for answered call in 60 sec threshold time.
For <=60 count+
For >60 do not count.
Can anyone help me how to do that?

Hi,
you need to use the Service Factor stat and configure this in DMA to the time that you want i.e 0 - 60 then pull this through in ccpulse.

Service Factor is another stat, what you may be needing is Answer_in_Threshold stat and create the corresponding TimeRange and associate them and create the metric you are asking for.
