Hi,
i have a litte question about icon status of agents. Software is CCpulse 7.5.100.09. Some agents , setted in CME , are disabled and they appears in ccpulse Monitored...
well, i didn't get why. Should't they be white colored instead of regulare green?
And, is there a option (vga are populated by ExsistSkill(".")) to make invisibles those disabled agents? Or just deleted them?

Hi Ravenk,
Status of a person (agent) object - enabled/disabled - is used only in the routing. It doesn't have any impact on monitoring or other features.

Suggestion - considering they are disabled and not logged in, just use the hide action in CCPulse if you are reluctant to delete them.

We have a problem, the agent is logged but he can't receive calls. In CCPulse agent status is "not monitored" . When i go and deregistration extension and after that I registered extension again everything is OK. But the next day the problem is the same! Pleas help me to resolve the problem!
P.S already i delete the place in configuration manager and after that i created, but no have a change!
