Hi,
I am exploring the ideal whereby the customer's backoffice remains with Avaya PABX, but the Call Centre is a full Genesys SIP deployment.
Thus, instead of purchasing AES with TSAPI license (and Elite Agent) - we only need an Avaya SES to provide the SIP trunking to the Genesys SIP server. All agents register to Genesys SIP server.
Feasible ? Anyone deployed such a solution / POC-ed ?
