Hi all,
Can I solve this issue below? We have one calling list (in one table) and 30 agents. Every agents have a recordset from this calling list. We have an additional agent field, which contains the agents's employee id (from config db). So we have 30 filter (eg: criteria: AGENT='A1255'). How can I (or can I?) apply just a single filter eg: AGENT={employee id}.
The quesion is that in Genesys exists a variable (or whatever) that doesn't exists when we define in a filter condition, but if the agent logged in, it come into existence.
The purpose of this issue is that we have to modify 30 filter, if the customer wants to change the dialing criteria.
Thanks for the replies

Hm... I was thinking about this issue, and IMHO it's not possible because of the architecture. If the query would be on the client side (where GAD is running in the bowser) it's ok. But in this case OCS - on the server side - where to know this info about the agents? Nowhere.
