Title: Reporting CentreVu and Genesys

Can someone please explain to me why historical reporting of Inbound/Outbound Call volumes do not match between Genesys and CentreVu?

because they measure states differently ie Not Ready is similar but nearly always longer on Genesys.

Thanks, but could you be a little more specific? Why do they not measure equally, why is it impossible to match interactions etc.
