Title: [Outbound]How to restrict dial attempts based on contact info type
Post by: jag on October 20, 2010, 11:38:52 PM
I have a requirement that for a chain record cellphone is only allowed to dial once while home phone number can be redialed 3 times. I know I can restrict via SCXML scripts, but then I lose the capability to apply treatment for AM or other sort. As SCXML only give control back to OCS after all records in chain are processed, so it's not possible for me to apply record level treatment. Any ideas will be appreciated. Thanks.

Hello James!

I wanted to make tratments using SCMXL and then exporting them to genesys administrator... I have the the treatments already done, but they are not working because i'm having some issues when exporting...

I went to calling list level, and then a created a section named OCServer, and inside this i created an option named treatment-uri, in which the value was the place the script was made...

i dont know what i'm doing bad, if u or someone else could help me, i would appreciate!! :)

Thanks people
