Hi all,
I am very new to Genesys. I am still undergoing training. I am working in a simulated environment and am concentrating on Routing as of now. Could you please tell me if there are any tools other that Kazimir to analyze TServer, URS and Routing Stat Server Logs.
Thanks in advance. :)

Kasimir is the only one I know. Sometimes I use BareGrep or Baretail too but you have to know what you're looking for.

ts2db is one I use (available off the Genesys Support site) to dump log files into an excel spreadsheet. You can extract Extensions, Reasons, and User Data as part of the process.
I then will use the Filter option in Excel to narrow down my search.
According to the documentation, it will create the extract in multiple formats; I have successfully used the Excel extract but have been unable to get the MS SQL extract to work properly when I try to import it into MS SQL Server.

I quite like textpad with the Genesys syntax file, so that keywords are highlighted in log files.
A quick Google turns up textpad and the syntax file, one page http://journal.nearbennett.com/2008/02/29/genesys-tserver-textpad-syntax-file/ tells you how to load it and has links for Kazimir too. (What more can you want? :D)
