Title: Counting the No of Calls targetted to VAG

Hi All,

Can any one please let me know how we can find out the no of calls targetted to a particular VAG.

This may sound like silly but i am bit confused while counting under CCPulse.

Just add a VQ to that target and you are done :) Monitor that VQ

Thanks for u r reply. How we can monitor the Calls coming to that VAG interms of VAG wise but not on the VQ wise.

You will monitor the calls incoming to that VQ which is also the same that are going to your VAG. Do some tests so you can understand them. VQ are monitored as any other RP.
