Title: CCPulse counting after opening workspace

Hello,

Has anyone come across this behaviour within CCPulse?

Upon opening a workspace the statistics only start to increment at that point.  This doesnt happen all the time but in the event of users opening the workspace after the team opening times, they cannot determine what has happened prior to doing so.

I suspect it occurs after a stat server restart is done?

Hi Wa,

we found that pulse will collect the data for 48 hrs after opening a view but if you dont open it again within that time you get the issue you are seeing.

Hi WA,

There are no statistics open after restart of StatServer so it may be the issue. StatServer begins counting a statistic once a client subscribes for it.

Plus StatServer will close unused statistics (=no client is subscribed for the stat) automatically after specified timeout (key 'old-stats-remove-interval' in StatServer section).
