???Hi ???,
I don't know if this has been answered before, but I'm not getting very far with trying to retrieve the DN alias in a strategy without using a Database Dip to retreive it.
Call Arrives
Switch is checked
VDN is checked
DNIS is checked
Then the alias is retrieved from an SP in the db from the VDN, then Lists are generated for Varialbes in the strategy for routing.
I was thinking about using another List, but we have a MultiSite environment and have some dup DN's.
Can anyone help? ???
