Title: Using Audiocodes with Avaya PBX

Hi all,

I'm trying to find out if the following is possible. In my current setup
Site A - Avaya PBX with agent on TDM phones
Site B - Genesys setup + OCS + SIP Server

Proposed
Site A - Avaya PBX with agent on TDM phones + Audiocodes (connect to PSTN & Avaya)
Site B - Genesys setup + OCS + SIP Server + TServer Avaya

The intention is to have outbound campaign managed by OCS@SiteB, calls made by Audiocodes@SiteA and routed to Avaya agent@SiteA.
a) Is this a valid solution?
b) Can this be achieved without TServer Avaya?
