Did anyone do an evaluation of Workforce Manager? If there is some documentation you could share with us, it would be really helpful.

What kind of documentation are you looking for ?

WFM is a funny kind of application - lots of business settings that can crash servers, so it is a complex matter to document. I have a balanced scorecard evaluation between Genesys, Blue Pumpkin and IEX, if that is of interest.
