Hi,

Did anyone work on Open media, I need few information on open media interaction 8.0, how is it work and what SDks are available? I am new to this and don't have much information.

I should be able to answer your questions related to Open Media. However, I would recommend you to go for a training if you're new to Genesys and Open Media...
