Hi Guys,
I have couple of questions
1) Is there a way we can check if the agents are logged into voice and media( Outbound/email) in Routing strategy?
2) Can we do the same in pulse? is there any stat (ofcourse with filter applied) to display the no of agents logged into voice but not into outbound/email?
