Title: Stream Manager announcement - PCM file format not played

Hi,

I have a prompt file with audio format PCM and when I use that in Play announcement block - it is not getting played and stream manager log shows 404 not found error.

Any pointers would be helpful.

show you announcement block configuration and corepsonded SM log files.

Check the SM logs, it will show the specific path and route it is trying to search on

Hi,

I would suggest you to check Stream Manager log. It's pretty self-explaining so you should find out why SM can't find your audio file.

PS. Does file name of your audio file have correct suffix (<filename>_<pcma/pcmu>.wav)?
