Hi guys, Due to al my experience is under TDM environment i hope somebody could clarify teh following.

I need to confirm the requeriments to implement Outbound solution under Sip server Genesys site. Currently i have all inbound and reporting componentes already installed; However, i need to implement dialer too.
Escenario
========
+Flow: Genesys suite SIP + Outbound -> AudioCode [or any other 3rd party solution as gateway] -> PSTN -> customerīs phones
+Windows 2003 platform
+No PBX
+No GVP installed
Q1: What i need HW and SW to implement a complete outbound platform.
Q2: Can you explain the outbound call flow in detail. (What components hw and sw are going to dial teh call together)
Q3: How does the CPA works here
