Title: Creating a new Statistical Types in DMA with a non existing category
Post by: wario25 on December 03, 2010, 01:05:40 PM
Hi,

I created a new stats in my Stat Server application for live report in CCPulse and it's working fine. The definition of the stats is like that:
[AverQTalkTime]
Category=AverageTime
Subject=DNAction
Objects=Queue, RoutePoint, GroupQueues
MainMask=CallReleased
RelMask=CallReleased
Description=Average Talk Time for Virtual Queue

I want to create the same stats for historical report, so I go in Data Modeling Assistant (DMA) and create a new Statistical Types. The problem is that "AverageTime" is not in the list of choices for the "Category" value.
So, my questions are:
[li]Is it possible to add a category type in the "Category" dropdown list?[/li]
[li]If yes, how can I do this? [/li]
[li]If not, is there an easier way to obtain the "average talk time for a virtual queue or a group of agent" in an historical report ?[/li]
I'm using DMA 7.2.003.00 by the way.

Thanks all for your time,

Mario
