We have two GAD instances with same configuaration they are working fine with out any problems, we decided to have one more instance for having more agents(load balancing) , we got licenses and installed 3rd GAD instance it is configured as the same as last two, and this third GAD instance doens't work, when logged in it shows telecom error, i have used Telnet command on GAD host to make sure it is communicating with t-server host, it ended up working fine. i checked logs and it shows this message in the logs
"IO failure for connection 'tcp://XXXXXXXX.corp.intranet:xxxx"
I am still seeing the same error, don't know where to go.
Any idea guys :'(

Hi
This can be caused by access rights of GAD application object in CME. The log is not sufficient for further analysis but check the Security TAB of GAD object and set Logon As to default. To give GAD full access.
Maybe this can help.
