Title: Genesys T-Server compatibility with AACC 6.0 (Avaya Aura Contact Center)

Hi All,

I am looking for an official statement from Genesys mentioning the T-Server Support with the latest AACC 6.0 (Avaya Aura Contact Center), but I coudn't find any indication at all.

Can anyone tell me if you have any official document mentioning this compatibility ?

You have to consult the "Supported Media Interfaces Reference Manual".

The last version available (80g_ref_smi_11-2010_v8.0.001.44) does not list it, so it is not officially supported.

Hi,

Do you mean Avaya Aura Contact Center which is more of a Genesys competitor or Avaya Communication Manager (ACM) 6.0? If it is the later I don't think you will have any problems since T-Server integration is via AES. However, in an ACM 6.0 configuration you may have SIP integration problems as SES in no longer supported on ACM 6. Its replacement (Avaya Session Manager) is not currently planned to be tested with Genesys SIP server (according to Genesys support ....)
