Hi,
Using Avaya TServer for TSAPI - Can anyone confirm how the TSAPI licences are used?
Found this from Genesys:
We believe that these are required:
- TSAPI-Basic consumed seat for each "seat" (SDN)
- TSAPI-Advanced for monitoring Routing Points
But in practice I don't believe this is correct...
Does anyone know for certain?

Turns out its actually just Extensions and ACD Queues that require a license.

We have got problem routing calls to agent , the error we were getting in URS was ' Generic Resource unavailability' , The issue was due to TSAPI Basic License.
Once we deployed TSAPI Advanced license the issue got resolved and call was perfectly transfered to agent and no error reported.
