Title: Agent Historical Report - Total time not matching with sum of other status times

Hi,

In Brio reports, Agent daily report, the total login time is not matching the sum of the other statuses times (Not Ready Time + Wait Time + Ringing Time + Dialing Time + Talk Time + Hold Time + ACW Time).

Is there any way to get the accuracy?
