Title: No data on GVP database

Hi All,

We are facing some difficulty on GVP Database. We have setup GVP 8.1 at customer site. But when we try to use Genesys Administration for Monitoring calls going throught GVP, or if try to query reports using GA. We got the error "Could Not Fetch Record data: 400 Bad Request".

When we look into the GVP Database we cannot see any data inside the tables.
If some one faced this kind of issue, can share with us? Thanks inadvance.

Hi,

I would recommend you to check GVP Reporting Server log to find out why RS doesn't store any data into the database. You can find requests received from GA in the logs as well and check why RS returns the error '400 Bad Request'.
