Hi All
Please can anyone assist me, i have a problem on CCPulse, if i draw a historical report by weekly and and specify a date, the view shows for example week 23, but actual calendar week is week 22, so CCPulse is one week in advanced, is there any way i can adjust CCPulse weeks to normal calendar weeks? as i noticed the 1st of January (Saturday) is registered as week one, and yet the 2nd January (Sunday) is registered as week two.

But that is correct, week 1 was only that saturday 1, or according to you what was it? Week 0?
We are currently on week 2 of 2011.

Hi
Because currently according to a calendar this week from the 2nd - 8th January is week one, but according to Genesys CCPusle from the 2nd - 8th January is week two. How can i get CCPUlse insync with the Calendar week?
Regards

It sound like CCAs Datamart/ETL is not configured properly.
There are options for ETL Runtime defining weeks in CCA, by using the java parameters setFirstDayOfWeek, wholeWeeks etc.
CCP is only using the valuse in the database..

:) Thank you very much.
is there any way you can direct me in going about on changing this?
