Hi All,
I'm using SSG v8.1.301.23 to make outbound call. my trigger application can request SSG to make outbound call
and got success reply. In the request I use IP address and port for Notify as notification URL(i.e http://170.21.xx.xx:9000). Then I monitor this port on this host, but I didn't get any notification.
When I try on VMWare, I got it. Now I'm testing on Customer Server(i.e Window 2008).
I didn't get any notification result from SSG even I can make outbound call. Any one can help me out.

Shame on you! Supplementary Services Gateway starting with GVP 8.1.x! :P
If it works on VMWare and not on the physical hosts, there might some issues with that specific port being blocked?

It seems as a firewall issue at first sight... Are you able to telnet the port 9000 from GVP/SSG host?
